back squats
Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5 reps.
10 20" box jumps
10 burpees
5 front squats
Did 3 rounds but should have been 4 rounds but didn't count because the timer wasn't running.
The first round was fine but after that the box jumps became really difficult.
