griff
800 meter run forward and 400 meter run backwards twice. we did it wrong because we did everything in half. finished about 15min
over head squats 5 sets of 3
felt awkward at first then my legs got used to it

back squats
Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5 reps.
10 20" box jumps
10 burpees
5 front squats
Did 3 rounds but should have been 4 rounds but didn't count because the timer wasn't running.
The first round was fine but after that the box jumps became really difficult.
